Leading the organization is its Executive Director, Sheikh-Nur Hagi with +26 years experience in the Industry, “Hagi” brings specific leadership and management experience in Human Resources Management (Recruitment, OD, Training, policy development, employee relations), Project Management, Process and application design, budgeting and forecasting as well as Enterprise Workforce Planning.
He’s held senior leadership roles at Rogers Communications, Bell Canada and Lavalife Inc where he's led both small and large Contact Centres in Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean as well as off-shore locations. Hagi holds a B.A in Linguistics from George Washington University in Washington DC and Human Resources and Training degrees from York and Ryerson Universities in Toronto.
